Due to circumstances beyond our control, not all products will be available at all times and we cannot be responsible for computer gliches and/or typographical errors. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our service, please let us know either by phone or by using our contact form.
Ordering Information: Currently, there are two ways to order our merchandise. You can either order via email by using our contact form or you can call your order into (530) 263-6696. We try to always answer the phone but, if you are leaving a message, please be sure to also leave your phone # or email address. In every case, we will confirm your order prior to shipping and will send you a PayPal invoice. You may then pay by using your PayPal account, Visa or MasterCard. You can also choose to send a personal check or money order. Personal checks will take a little longer than the other forms of payment since we will have to make sure they clear prior to shipping the merchandise.
Shipping: Under normal circumstances, all in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. We will generally ship via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX ground. We will calculate the shipping charges for your entire order and, if an item must be backordered, we will not add any additional charges. If you would like your shipping expedited, we will calculate the additional charges and let you know prior to shipping.
Below is a table that shows the normal shipping/handling charges within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other foreign orders, we will calculate shipping based upon the weight of the shipment; duties and tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Because of today's exceptionally high cost of shipping, some items are marked "may require additional shipping charge" or "may require shipping via parcel post" and we will let you know if that is the case when you place your order. If, on the other hand, we are able to adjust your shipping charge in your favor, we'll let you know that, too!
Orders shipped via FEDEX are automatically insured for up to $100.00 and Priority Mail insures up to $50.00 Any additional insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: We know that not every company can give 100% satisfaction 100% of the time. So, if you are unhappy, for any reason, with your purchase, please know that you can return your purchase for a credit, substitute or an exchange. Except for defective merchandise, we are sorry that we cannot refund shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days and must be accompanied with their original sales receipt. Please note, there are no returns on books, videos, CD's, DVD's or custom orders, unless defective.
Local customers: In appreciation for your past and, hopefully, continued patronage, please note that local customers can always pick up their orders and save shipping charges as well as receive a 5% discount on all purchases excluding sale and consignment items and special orders.
